Fees You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

Taxes You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with MHLABS are the exclusive property of MHLABS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code that may be transmitted to or through our Services.

In no event shall MHLABS's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us in the last twelve (12) months.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
