At MHLABS, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction date, without giving any reason.

2. Exceptions

While we grant a 14-day right to cancel, the following general exceptions apply as per standard digital commerce regulations:

  • Refunds are not available if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to our Contact Us page or use the support form in your dashboard.
  2. Select "Billing / Refund Request" as the subject.
  3. Provide your order ID or the email address associated with your account.
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your request (this helps us improve our products).

We will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days if it meets our policy criteria.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method used (Stripe, Paddle, or Gumroad). Please note that it may take your bank or credit card provider an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
